Our highest priority has always been the health and safety of our guests and team members. Through improved safety measures, social distancing and many other positive changes, it’s been a great summer of good, clean family fun at Gulf Islands Waterpark. Although we faced many unique challenges this season, our team has worked tirelessly to keep the waterpark open this summer. Thank you for a job well done!
Ultimately, we have proactively made the decision to close early this summer. This decision to end the season early was ultimately reached when the number of team members, specifically lifeguards, were placed under quarantine restrictions. This left us unable to operate the waterpark, therefore Sunday, August 16th was our last day for the 2020 Summer Season.
Anyone who has purchased a day specific ticket for August 22, 23, 29, 30 or September 5,6, or 7, 2020 will be contacted at the email address provided at the time of purchase that explains your options.
All pavilion, clamshell, cabana and other shade rentals will refunded. A receipt from the refund will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase.
All season pass holders will receive a special offer to purchase a discounted 2021 season pass or premium season pass prior to the 2021 season. The notification of this offer will come via email using the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
