Sunshine Day Ticket Policy
Best Choice: Purchase tickets in advance to save money and get the Sensible Weather Guarantee to protect your getaway against rain. Sensible Weather will reimburse you when Mother Nature has other plans for your day. No Claims, No Hassle. (Full details are available when you purchase your tickets through our website.)
In the event of rain, the waterpark attractions will remain open. If there is severe weather or lightning in the area, guests will be asked to exit the water until the weather passes. Other events beyond our control may also force a temporary closure of the park.
If the weather conditions cause all of the rides to close for a continuous 90 minutes a Sunshine Ticket will be issued for a return visit during the same operating season.
Sunshine Tickets will be issued through your email provided at the time of purchase. Guests will be issued a store credit for the amount of the ticket that they purchased for the day. Guests must provide email at time of purchase to be eligible for rain check.
If the park is forced to shut down within 90 minutes prior to closing time Sunshine Tickets will not be issued.
Sunshine tickets are never issued in advance based upon forecasted weather. Please remember all admission and ticket sales are final and refunds are not available. No refunds for locker rentals, cabanas or other park amenities.
*Group Sunshine Tickets are 1 ticket per person in the group and are issued to the group leader for distribution and can be used any day during the same season.
Date Change/ Refund Policy
If you purchased a discounted date specific ticket through our website then please remember that all sales are final and refunds are not available. If you would like to change the date of your visit for any reason you must contact the park at 228-328-1266. Ticket date change requests come with a $15 per ticket fee.
Park Re-Entry
If you wish to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you must have your hand stamped or be issued a wristband prior to exiting the park.
If you leave without getting a stamp or wristband you must have your dated receipt for readmission. Please call us at 228-328-1266 or stop by our office inside the park if you have any questions.
